  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  • Optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CPA, etc.).

  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad formats.

  • Analyze and report performance data, provide strategic insights.

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.

βœ… Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ads on Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and funnel optimization.

  • Proven track record of managing budgets of $1K+/month.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven.

  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
